Somer is a licensed real estate executive broker with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Her love for real estate began more than 20 years ago when she began working for a local civil engineering company. This experience provided her with a greater knowledge and understanding in both commercial and residential development.
Equipped with this experience, she then sought out a career in commercial real estate allowing her invaluable experience and the capability to facilitate in well over $100,000,000 in commercial sales along with millions of dollars in lease transactions. During her career in commercial real estate, at the age of 29, Somer was honored with the 40 Under 40 designation. This annual nomination honors 40 individuals under the age of 40 as best in class by their peers in all industries in NWA.
Her career has allowed her to evolve into the residential side of real estate where her love and passion for helping families find the perfect home created a true purpose. Somer’s career has allowed her to facilitate over $339,000,000 in residential sales and counting. Zoe Collins has been working on the administrative support side of real estate since 2018. She became a Licensed Realtor in 2020.
Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas she has seen the growth and progression in the area firsthand. The exciting new developments inspired her to pursue a career in real estate and be part of the action.
In her spare time, she enjoys taking full advantage of all the area has to offer. This includes the abundant outdoor activities, the vibrant downtown areas, viewing gorgeous artwork at Crystal Bridges, and attending concerts at the Walmart AMP.
Zoe’s motivation is her love of the area she calls home, her commitment to helping others, and providing the best experience possible for clients.
